My husband and I had and appointment with Mialena Davalos. She was so nice and sweet and professional. We haven't bought a car in over 13 years so we didn't know what to expect. She was so great! BEWARE- Beach Ford may damage your truck/car when your vehicle is taken in for a Customer Service Repair (i.e., another name for RECALL without the negative connotation) and will refuse to fix what their vehicle is taken in for a Customer Service Repair (i.e., another name for RECALL without the negative connotation) and will refuse to fix what their mechanics broke. After receiving notification from Ford of four CSR repairs needed on my vehicle, I brought my vehicle in to resolve a minor squeak. When I left Beach Ford my check engine light came on and the engine began to shudder. Beach Ford was nice enough to provide a $3,000+ invoice to repair the damage they caused. When speaking with Ford Motor Company the representative actually said, "We have found the CSR reboot Beach Ford performed on your vehicle actually makes the issue worse; unfortunately, Ford only covers the cost to repair up to so many miles". Take your repairs and or purchase business elsewhere. The only thing Beach Ford cares about is taking your money. More

In the process of removing the wheel, the tech broke the lug nut and stud, didn't repair it and left it in my front seat. I left a message with the Service Manager, he has not called me back. This is one establishment that I will never patronize again. More

I scheduled appt because hearing a grinding noise in 2014 Ford Edge. Mechanic drove truck and said I needed new rotors and brake pads. Cost $500.00. Said no thank you. I just had a brake booster done 6 m Ford Edge. Mechanic drove truck and said I needed new rotors and brake pads. Cost $500.00. Said no thank you. I just had a brake booster done 6 months ago and it was noted then that I needed new rotors and pads. Cost $500.00. I left dealer and went to two mechanics that both say brakes and pads and rotors are good. The grinding noise was a serpentine belt extender and if the mechanic who heard the noise would have looked under the hood might have discovered this. My mechanic fixed issue for 80 part and 100 labor. No more grinding noise. If I had been stupid I would have said oh yes please fix my brakes and paid $500.00 and still would have had the noise. Ridiculous. Never again. More
Since you harass me now asking for a review and stating I missed my service appointment in your email, no I did not miss it! I was there to experience in person how you double the price while my truck was in your place for a routine "The Works" service going from $64 to $137 - a simple oil change and tire rotation! And then have your incompetent service advisor Kyra explain to me that more than double the price was because Beach Ford miraculously noticed that my truck has 8 lug nuts per wheel and it takes longer to rotate the wheels, plus you used Motocraft oil this time. Wonder what oil you put in my truck previously since it was half price. I had $99 balance on my account and was told during drop-off that is plenty to do the oil change, and you tell me after you perform the work, without my consent to the price increase, that I have to pay double the price of total $137. Seriously wonder why I am not satisfied? Sad how you think business relationships work! More
Beach Ford made a mistake 3 years ago and reported to DMV that my USAA insurance had a lien on my 2019 Ford Mustang, I paid cash for it! I'm trying to sell it and cannot get the title, USAA can't take the lien off because I didn't get a loan from them for the car. The worst part is that I've called Beach Ford 3 times and have been transferred too titling, nobody answers the phone and they don't return phone calls. I am loosing money by not being able to sell it because of not having the title. I've purchased probably 8 vehicles from them over the years, they'll never get my business again! More
Never under any circumstance take your car to Beach Ford for service, I took my mustang in for warranty work of an SYNC issue, the said they updated the software, all they did was make my Bluetooth no longe for service, I took my mustang in for warranty work of an SYNC issue, the said they updated the software, all they did was make my Bluetooth no longer work, and said I didn't have a warranty so they charged me full price of a diagnostic check.
