I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! Sure, I had my fair share of negative experiences at other dealerships, and even at this one too, but the difference is that once they were aware of Sure, I had my fair share of negative experiences at other dealerships, and even at this one too, but the difference is that once they were aware of the negative experience that I previously had with them (bad enough to make me NEVER purchase a Ford vehicle again), they were willing to listen to the issue to do what was possible to make the situation better. As a result of this small gesture, the Barton’s made me a Ford customer for the foreseeable future. This incident that I am referring occurred in 2015 while it is now 2023. I wanted to make sure that I left a review to acknowledge that sometimes a bad experience can be turned around into a good one, or even more better ones in the future. I ended up purchasing a 2015 F150 then and I STILL own it now! I was fortunate to work with Mr. Tony Perez, and I can honestly say that I believe he is the easiest and most up front representative of that dealership in the business of selling vehicles that I have ever met or even worked with…and I have purchased about 27 different vehicles from countless other dealerships! However, all of that shopping around stopped for me once we closed the deal on that 2015 F150. I am a Ford guy and I have already purchased 2 more vehicles from him at this dealership since then! The ONLY complaint I may possibly have is that I didn’t like waiting so long for my Lightning to be delivered! I would buy ALL of my vehicles there if my wife wanted a Ford, but unfortunately she wanted another brand. Even in that case, guess who was able to assist and have someone help me out with that task? That’s right! Mr. Tony Perez! There is not any reason for me to go anywhere else when I am ready to get my next vehicle. In fact, I keep in touch with Tony and I am looking forward to my next F150 purchase in the next year! If you want an honest and straight talker when you are in the market, then Tony is the person you want to have making your deal to buy! When my 2022 Ford Lightning finally arrived at the dealership, I was so excited to finally receive it. Unfortunately for me, when it arrived I was on the other side of the country for work. I wasn’t going to be back for a couple of weeks! This was going on right at the start of the Lightning deliveries when EVERYONE was looking to find one to buy. Tony made sure that the truck stayed on that lot for me when I got back! THEN, I made crazy decision that I may NOT want that truck, so it was actually ON SALE at the dealership (at a steep mark-up, I am sure). I was pretty devastated about it but when I got back in town that truck was STILL in the showroom waiting for me so I decided to go ahead and try to make the purchase again! I was not sure it would be possible to buy it at the MSRP as was the deal prior to my backing out of it. When I called Tony to ask if I could still buy that truck he let me know that “of course you can buy it, it is STILL technically here for you until it is sold!” Lol. I was thrilled because there was someone on the schedule to check it out that evening. So I was able to make that purchase and close the deal on that sucker and I have to say, it was a xxxx of thing that I did because I love this lightning and it is in a color that is no longer offered! So, I think in closing I will say that as long as Tony Perez is selling Fords at Beach, I will be buys my Fords at Beach through him! Thank you Tony and I appreciate your honesty and the no “xx” method of getting the job done! I look forward to seeing you again at my “older” F150’s next service appointment so we can start the discussion on my next F150! Thank You Again! More

My husband and I accompanied my daughter to purchase her first vehicle yesterday. When we went to Beach Ford we had to hunt down someone to help us. We finally found salesman named Gabriel who was less than first vehicle yesterday. When we went to Beach Ford we had to hunt down someone to help us. We finally found salesman named Gabriel who was less than helpful the first vehicle we looked at had a dead battery so we couldn’t test drive it the second vehicle he showed us as my daughter was getting ready to test drive it. My husband noticed the tire was low. He mentioned it to Gabriel who responded it should be fine we then popped the hood to find transmission fluid puddled up on top of the engine, when we asked him about that he responded “I’m not much of an engine guy“ we walked away as we were leaving. We noticed he took that same vehicle and put it back on the sales lot instead of bringing it in for service we ended up going to checkered flag Toyota and had an amazing experience and my daughter left with a car that she loves More
What can be said about the service department that hasn’t already been said in the comment section here. First and foremost Service department was great until Walker left. Once he left they appointed Lucas it has gone all to xxxx. It’s like dealing with a high school drama. Have zero confidence in anything and everything they say. I honest started going to priority to have my maintenance and anything else. Personally think it’s a shame that the Barton’s do not care about their customers and don’t care how their service department is ran. More
