I scheduled appt because hearing a grinding noise in 2014 Ford Edge. Mechanic drove truck and said I needed new rotors and brake pads. Cost $500.00. Said no thank you. I just had a brake booster done 6 m Ford Edge. Mechanic drove truck and said I needed new rotors and brake pads. Cost $500.00. Said no thank you. I just had a brake booster done 6 months ago and it was noted then that I needed new rotors and pads. Cost $500.00. I left dealer and went to two mechanics that both say brakes and pads and rotors are good. The grinding noise was a serpentine belt extender and if the mechanic who heard the noise would have looked under the hood might have discovered this. My mechanic fixed issue for 80 part and 100 labor. No more grinding noise. If I had been stupid I would have said oh yes please fix my brakes and paid $500.00 and still would have had the noise. Ridiculous. Never again. More
Since you harass me now asking for a review and stating I missed my service appointment in your email, no I did not miss it! I was there to experience in person how you double the price while my truck was in missed my service appointment in your email, no I did not miss it! I was there to experience in person how you double the price while my truck was in your place for a routine "The Works" service going from $64 to $137 - a simple oil change and tire rotation! And then have your incompetent service advisor Kyra explain to me that more than double the price was because Beach Ford miraculously noticed that my truck has 8 lug nuts per wheel and it takes longer to rotate the wheels, plus you used Motocraft oil this time. Wonder what oil you put in my truck previously since it was half price. I had $99 balance on my account and was told during drop-off that is plenty to do the oil change, and you tell me after you perform the work, without my consent to the price increase, that I have to pay double the price of total $137. Seriously wonder why I am not satisfied? Sad how you think business relationships work! More
Beach Ford made a mistake 3 years ago and reported to DMV that my USAA insurance had a lien on my 2019 Ford Mustang, I paid cash for it! I'm trying to sell it and cannot get the title, USAA can't take the l that my USAA insurance had a lien on my 2019 Ford Mustang, I paid cash for it! I'm trying to sell it and cannot get the title, USAA can't take the lien off because I didn't get a loan from them for the car. The worst part is that I've called Beach Ford 3 times and have been transferred too titling, nobody answers the phone and they don't return phone calls. I am loosing money by not being able to sell it because of not having the title. I've purchased probably 8 vehicles from them over the years, they'll never get my business again! More
Never under any circumstance take your car to Beach Ford for service, I took my mustang in for warranty work of an SYNC issue, the said they updated the software, all they did was make my Bluetooth no longe for service, I took my mustang in for warranty work of an SYNC issue, the said they updated the software, all they did was make my Bluetooth no longer work, and said I didn't have a warranty so they charged me full price of a diagnostic check. When asking what something was on the bill all she could say it was labor. I asked where it said labor and why it was &365.00 for a less than 2 hour job. I asked if they charge over a 130 dollars per hour and her response was I saved you money. Thankfully the service manager took the time to answer all my questions professionally and with genuine concern. More

I showed up for my appointment and clearly annoyed the service coordinator as I should have known better than to schedule this particular service with the service department?? Apparently there’s “another” Beach Ford service that performs this magical job. I was told I could wait 4 or 5 hours or reschedule. I chose to reschedule and am still waiting on a time and date. I’ve seen other folks get their “missed appointment “ email - after showing up for the scheduled appointment and being sent home - I wonder if this is to massage service numbers?? Clearly there’s an issue based on the reviews that I’ve read. More

I had to schedule an appointment for 3 recalls concerning my Mustang Mach E and everything went wrong, from the phone call to set up the appointment to the email received yesterday telling me that I 'missed my appointment' just after getting my car back after 3 days of intervention that should have taken only 2... To give you just two examples: - One of the recall was about the windshield which needed some reseal. On the phone, when asking to set up the appointment for this 'Ford nationwide recall', I was first told that Beach Ford does not do any intervention on windshields and that I should take an appointment directly with a company like Safelite... - When I eventually dropped the car off for the 2-day planned intervention and asked for the courtesy car (specifically mentioned in the Ford Recall letter and confirmed by phone when scheduling the appointment), I was told that Beach Ford don't have courtesy cars and was asked who from Beach Ford I had on the phone who promised me such a car… I had to show them the letter from Ford and insist heavily before I finally got a car. More

It was also pleasant to discover, after finding the service dept closed, 7 sales employees standing around doing nothing when I went over there to find out what was up. I am sure none could have been answering phones. Best of all though is when I called to reschedule this morning, stated what had happened and received not even a whiff of an apology. Great job guys! More
