Thanks to Ford representative Mel and her team. I had a great experience. Was informed of my cars situation , and what was needed for the repair. Honest with the price. I had a great experience. Was informed of my cars situation , and what was needed for the repair. Honest with the price. More
I will NEVER bring my car back to Beach Ford after getting over charged and dealing with a rude service advisor. I questioned the amount being charged for labor which set her off. She and her co worke getting over charged and dealing with a rude service advisor. I questioned the amount being charged for labor which set her off. She and her co workers felt the need to stand around and proceeded to discuss my family and talk badly about customers. We came to pick up the car and was standing by the cashier's desk to pay when someone walked over and slammed the paper work down walking off. Ashley and her co workers were bashing my family after calling to get information on why the dealership had the car for two days and the car was still not ready. You need to go find another job! Customer Service does not include bashing the customers no matter what the situation. I work for a sister dealership you best believe YOUR name will be discussed as well as the remarks you made in front of other customers. Your attitude was uncalled for and rude. More
Beach ford is the only dealership that I’ll use in this area. Their service center is unparalleled in the industry. I just had my window stick down and took my truck in, unscheduled, and they fixed it in u area. Their service center is unparalleled in the industry. Since you asked, I will tell you of my experience at Beach Ford on August 15, 2023. I arrived for my 10 o'clock appointment a little ahead of time and since I am 90 years old and I must use a cane to Beach Ford on August 15, 2023. I arrived for my 10 o'clock appointment a little ahead of time and since I am 90 years old and I must use a cane to help me stand up, I felt that your Advisor, Winston Reed, could have at least offered me a chair to sit down, while he did his paper work. I was there for a state inspection and an oil change and he told me that it would take about two and a half hours to get It done, and he would let me know when it was complete. I went to the waiting area and waited for a little over two and half hours and I went to see what the progress on the car was. It seems that Winston Reed had gone to lunch. I found a chair in the reception area and waited for him to return. When he got there, he informed me that my tires did not pass inspection and needed to be replaced. He said it would take about another hour to get them replaced and he would let me know when it was ready. I proceed to the waiting area again and waited. After I waited for another two hours, I was tired, hungry and irritable. I proceeded to find out what was going on. Finally, after more paper work, while I stood and waited, Winston proceeded to get my car and I finally got through after three o'clock. I feel that Winston should have at least kept me informed about what was going on and showed a little consideration for me while I was there. I have dealt with Beach Ford since 1988 and this is the worst treatment that I have ever had to endure there. More
I was very pleased with my service getting four new tires. It took less time than they said, and they even cleaned my car…..windows and all! Everyone is so nice and helpful, including taking me home tires. It took less time than they said, and they even cleaned my car…..windows and all! I’ve purchased four vehicles from Beach Ford, and get major service done there, as well. This is for the Bayshore side of the dealership, not beach ford itself. My account got moved over when the dealership shut down. It has been the MOST stressful situation I've ever dealt with when it com beach ford itself. My account got moved over when the dealership shut down. It has been the MOST stressful situation I've ever dealt with when it comes to a dealer. The clerk who handles the account is rude, has no empathy, nor does she care to listen to what you have to say. I been through alot with Bayshore since I had my vehicle for the past 2 years. The tracker on the car is a headache. When Rachel was there she allowed us to an extension to make our payment with a $10 late fee, the new clerk comes in and takes that way. She then tells me that was Rachel "being nice" she don't have to do that, according to our lease we have to pay by 5pm on Friday, she leaves around this time and will like everything entered. She takes her job so "seriously" she would call sometimes around 4:15 and say "um its 4:15pm your payment haven't been made" I asked her one time could I make my payment at 7pm and she said yes other than that my payment was paid on time. Recently, I made my payment it went through on my end at 4:40pm, which means I made it by 5pm. I go get in my car to go to my 2nd job and my car is turned off. I'm confused of course, because why is it turned off it was made by the 5pm deadline she gave me. I go back inside call up the dealership and they transferred me to her line and of course she isn't answering I leave a voicemail and of course she don't call back. Like always they have no problem turning you off, or calling you to tell you its 45 mins til 5 and they don't have your money but you have to jump through hopes to get it turned back on. I called a 2nd time and was told she left for the day. 10 mins later. She was gone. I broke down and cried. I just started this part time job and had to turn around and tell them that I couldn't cover the next girl for the WHOLE weekend because my dealership decided to turn off my car, FOR THE WHOLE WEEKEND. The only thing I was told was "we're sorry for this, my manager is trying to get ahold of her, but I can't make any promises. You'll have to wait until Monday after 9am. So now my son will be late for camp on Monday and I'm going to be late for my full time job. No ones cares, nothing is going to happen, no ones cares that I got written up at my part time already after just starting. They also don't care that by me not having my vehicle I couldn't make it to the store to get my pet her food, I couldn't make it to the store to get my medicine that I was all out of, and nor was I able to get to the grocery store to put food in the house for my 7 year old. So I had to inconvenience people and ask my neighbors could they help me out which is embarrassing to explain to people your car got cut off for the weekend, even though you made your payment at 4:40pm and you have until 5pm but the clerk decided she was going to turn the cars off early. Lets not talk about the times my car got turned off in the past for things that was out of my control. My insurance company made a change to my policy number they didn't inform me. So the dealership assumed I didn't have insurance and turned me off. They didn't ask, they didn't check they just assumed and me and my son was stranded outside in the scorching heat at a gas pump, because they turned me off for an hour until I could figure out what was going on. Then another time was during the winter and I was outside for 2 hrs.' without heat. Despite the inconvenience they caused me, the income I lost this weekend, having to be late to work on Monday I won't be compensated nor cared about. More
