I went to Beach Ford on 10/4/2023, after work just to look. I met a young man, Jafet(Jay) Rodriguez. I had only planned on looking around. His enthusiasm about his work was so awesome. I was only there f look. I met a young man, Jafet(Jay) Rodriguez. I had only planned on looking around. His enthusiasm about his work was so awesome. I was only there for maybe 30 mins. With his knowledge and excitement he made me fall in love with a particular truck. On 10/5, while I was at my job, Jay did all the footwork needed to help me get this truck. I have him specifics and he met them. It was only 24 hours later that I was able to drive that truck home because of all the attention and desire that Jay had. That first night Jay promised he was gonna make things work for me and he didn't fail. This is my 5th vehicle from Beach Ford. They have always impressed me with their service to their customers. They refused to tell me what the interest rate was going to be until the very last minute. My bank would give me 4,5% but these crooked shmucks kept me waiting forever, transfer everything out of my trade I to be until the very last minute. Oh and I was also told there were no incentives for interest rates on this particular vehicle. Shame on Beach Ford with their no free oil changes and their free piece of trash plastic keychain. I have other horror stories but this is the only thing I would give them a poor rating for. More
