Frustrating process. . From beginning to end. Out of state (web) purchase and every step was slow and it seemed either the dealer is not used to working with online sales . From beginning to end. The finance lady (although I was a cash sale) was slow to respond and not very nice when she did. Sadly, I cannot recommend Beach Ford. Hoping the in-person experience is better.. More

When I have an issue with my f 150,Beach Ford always did what they could to resolve the issue. I haven't had my truck a year yet. I notice water marks when I first brought the truck. I was told it was from shampoo and cleaning the truck. Do I wrote it off as that. A month ago., my wife notice the spot was getting bigger and wetness on back window. I mention it during my inspection Monday. I am going to follow back up. I never hadbabtruck leak from the roof. So it's new to me. So hopefully I take it back and we get it resolved. But so far Beach Ford service has been good. Thank you Johnathan, he is a great service rep. Good representation of Beach Ford and the mechanic that did the work. More

Smooth process from arranging my test drive to final signing. Mykell did an amazing job pointing out and explaining all the features on my new vehicle.
