It took several phone calls and visits to finally get in touch with Leon so we could make a deal. When I first looked at the reconditioned truck I noticed the tires had not been rotated. When I drove the truck I found it would make a right hand lane change. Once the deal was made I requested the new truck be full of fuel and deff fluid. When I picked up the truck up it was full of fuel but not deff fluid. Two days after after owning the truck it was raining. On the way home from work I turned on the windshield wipers and the drivers WIPER flew across the interstate. Humm what a service department More

Everyone was nice to us fair, accommodating and friendly until we ordered a cover for the back of the truck. Crystal in service was not understanding of my inability to walk far and would not help us by pic until we ordered a cover for the back of the truck. Noah was great in teaching us how to use the truck and the fabulous app. We now start the car in the house using. the app and have it warm up for us before we leave, I love Ford cars and we love the Maverick!
