I have a 2019 Ford F150 Lariat with 82000 miles. I do have the extended warranty . It started to do a hard shift. I took it to Beach Ford at the beginning of August and it is still there , the end I do have the extended warranty . It started to do a hard shift. I took it to Beach Ford at the beginning of August and it is still there , the end of September . They went through the transmission ,still did the hard shift. Then i was told it’s the rear end, then they said it was the drive shaft so they installed a new driveshaft . Still did the hard shift. Now i am told they think its the transfer case , they are waiting on a known good transfer case (used transfer case) to see if that fixes the hard shift, and if that fixes the problem then the engineers will ok to put a new transfer case in. What the heck is a warranty for if they wont ok the work to get my truck back to me. The service manager needs to do something, this is ridiculous. Also we bought a 2026 Ford Explorer 5 months ago and it is in there shop too, with supposedly an injector problem . What the heck is going on. More

It took several phone calls and visits to finally get in touch with Leon so we could make a deal. When I first looked at the reconditioned truck I noticed the tires had not been rotated. When I drove the truck I found it would make a right hand lane change. Once the deal was made I requested the new truck be full of fuel and deff fluid. When I picked up the truck up it was full of fuel but not deff fluid. Two days after after owning the truck it was raining. On the way home from work I turned on the windshield wipers and the drivers WIPER flew across the interstate. Humm what a service department More
