Bought a 2029 Ford Edge new! Was talked into buying extended warranty because of how advanced vehicles are today! This warranty is worthless! Ford has lost a life long customer! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FORD and will recommend that no one ever buys a Ford especially from a dealer that doesn't back a product they sell!!! More
Beach Ford provides valet service where they come to your house and take your car to deal ship for service then return car!! So convenient! And they do an outstanding job. Poor customer service. Ignored by front desk in service department until I asked if I should just take my truck somewhere else upon checking in. Upon pickup, the “valet” pulled my truck up, got out, left the door wide open, and just walked away without acknowledging my existence as I stood there. My dash cam was ripped off its mount and the glove box was left open. All of these things were avoidable and costs the dealership nothing if extra effort was given. More

I’m very disappointed in the service care team. I have taken.my truck in for the same issue and they can’t seem to find the issue but when taken to an outside dealer they discover what the issue i I have taken.my truck in for the same issue and they can’t seem to find the issue but when taken to an outside dealer they discover what the issue is?
