****DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BEACH FORD *** WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE Made a deal on new vehicle advertised on line. After agreed to deal and deposit given was called day before pick up was tol DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE Made a deal on new vehicle advertised on line. After agreed to deal and deposit given was called day before pick up was told vehicle has 6,500 miles not 3 like on line and on sales agreement and asked if that’s ok? NO! Then decided to change to another new in stock vehicle agreed to price, gave a deposit again. Called night before traveling to pick up vehicle ( I live 5 hrs and 325 miles away) TO MAKE SURE WE WERE ALL SET and was told all set and good to go. Traveled all the way and walked in and was brought into General Sales Mgr office and was told there was a faulty air bag light wire and can’t deliver truck. xxx didn’t even try to fix the issue or sell me something else? How about call me the day before? They even have 2 other exact option vehicles advertised!!! So after traveling 5 hrs 325 miles 1 way no new truck, no apologies. Even the sales guy wouldn’t even come out from hiding and apologize!!! LIES * LIES * LIES More

Eric Duran might be the worst car salesman ever. It took us almost four hours to close the deal. Very unorganized.
