He was kind and respectful throughout and I really appreciated that. I am an elderly widow and have been talked down to and downright insulted by auto dealer sales people and their office staff. Body Shop Repair Richard Schmidt in the body shop was very nice and kept me posted on progress. I needed a new driver side mirror painted and installed. After it dried I was not able to get there for a few days. I returned on a Thursday morning at 7:30 a.m. and it was installed within 25 minutes by the technician.
