Made an appointment at bayside Chrysler, walked in right on time. I was greeted with a night gentleman at the counter that was able to help me out. I just needed an oil change. Brought my 2019 Wrangler in for inspection and an oil change. Entire experience took less than an hour and everything was done perfectly. Then on the way home, I noticed a new problem that seemed like an change. Entire experience took less than an hour and everything was done perfectly. Then on the way home, I noticed a new problem that seemed like an electrical short. Brought the Jeep back a couple of days later when I could. As I was checking in, the service rep asked me a bunch of questions and then stopped everything to actually go look at my Jeep. He came back and said that he thought he'd found the issue and corrected it. So, rather than have me leave my Jeep for at least a few days he solved the problem instantly, saving me a lot of time and money. Great service department. Have only had fantastic experience with them. More

I paid for an oil change at Bayside Chrysler. 2 weeks later my car stopped working so I went to a mechanic. My mechanic asked me when was the last time I got an oil change, I showed them my recei 2 weeks later my car stopped working so I went to a mechanic. My mechanic asked me when was the last time I got an oil change, I showed them my receipt, they told me that my oil looks like it hasn't been changed. I immediately Spoke with a manager Mr Kennedy.
