Encouraged an appointment for a part that is on back order Service advisors should check if the part needed for service is available before scheduling an appointment. I was scheduled for a 715 am appt 15 miles Service advisors should check if the part needed for service is available before scheduling an appointment. I was scheduled for a 715 am appt 15 miles away from my home on the Friday of the weekend before xmas. I waited roughly 90 minutes after arrival to be asked if I was called informing me the part was in. I spoke with a service advisor the day before to confirm the appt and the only reason why I scheduled the appt to begin with because a service advisor recommended I have the service done. I woke up at 630 am on my off day because i was recommended to come in early to avoid a long wait. I wasted my time, gas, and energy commuting 40 mins in rush hr traffic only to be told the appt which I confirmed the day before didnt have the necessary parts. I feel that service/maintanence is the worst part about having a vehicle. I didnt even make a fuss at the dealership because I was so utterly disappointed with how stupid of a mistake this was. I needed to travel 4 hrs later that day and my trip delayed because of this wasted trip. I could have left 3 hrs earlier if I had not wasted my time at the dealership. 40 mins from home 90 mins in dealership 40 mins back home. More

Amazing Experience I came in today to service my Jeep after getting an appointment in and I just have to say that Jay never fails to exceed the expectations of his custo I came in today to service my Jeep after getting an appointment in and I just have to say that Jay never fails to exceed the expectations of his customers. They failed to diagnostic the car They gave me back the car with the same issue / complained / they cannot fix it / wait for a patch of for summer to come - The radio never worked sin They gave me back the car with the same issue / complained / they cannot fix it / wait for a patch of for summer to come - The radio never worked since the day I got it - keeps restarting , drops the USB ports . Ask them to look at it / they came back with no problem found. Drove around the block and I noticed that it was doing it . Pulled up on the sidewalk / grabbed a guy by the collar and threw him in the car to see the problem. They acknowledge it . 30 min later / he said that JEEP knows about bad radios but they are working on a patch - it will be “uploaded to My car automatically “ - smells like BS... you would trust a satellite connection to push firmware into a radio ? When people do not trust a USB stick ? More

Recommend better communication I've only had my wrangler for a month and it already needed to be serviced. When I called for an appointment I was told they do not provide loaner car I've only had my wrangler for a month and it already needed to be serviced. When I called for an appointment I was told they do not provide loaner cars which is inconvenient when you dont live in the area. When I got there I was told it wouldn't take too long since I got there nice and early. I ended up spending almost 4 hours waiting. After 2 hours I went up to the counter to see what was going on. I was told that they were testing the batteries and that each one takes an hour and a half each to test. Wouldve been nice to know that from the start. Secondary battery needed to be replaced. Not a huge problem but with a brand new car I worry what else will go wrong More

Not customer friendly. It took almost 2 weeks to to get my car repaired. I was advised that my car would be ready on a specific day and it was not ready. My service advise It took almost 2 weeks to to get my car repaired. I was advised that my car would be ready on a specific day and it was not ready. My service adviser as always was helpful and I do feel that he did all that he could. When I call the service department I was placed on hold for 20 to 30 minutes. I had to hang up and call back. I did get a call form the service department that I would get my $100.00 deductible back. I will see if that is the case. I am in the market to purchase a new vehicle but will not purchase from this dealership due to the poor service. More
