The service manager Sebastian is knowledgeable and helpful. He fully explained costs and answered my questions about additional upgrades I would like performed. I have had the worst possible experience with the service station. I brought my vehicle in a month and a half ago they put a Band-Aid on the problem three days later I had to return the vehicle to the servic station. The service station had my vehicle for a total of almost 5 weeks, almost $3000 in car rental that I had to pay which I’m getting reimbursed I have to call three different times to get the service agreement to submit To Chrysler to get my money back for the rental no response I had to physically show up there to get a print out of my service agreement. The most service center I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve bought three jeeps from Bayside. I am beyond livid. More

Initially, I went in for a regular oil change and it was brought to my attention that my water pump was bad. At this time, Sebastian and Jamaine was able to locate my extended warranty from 2 years ago and brought to my attention that my water pump was bad. At this time, Sebastian and Jamaine was able to locate my extended warranty from 2 years ago and call the warranty office for confirmation about the water pump replacement. Then Sebastian explained the water pump procedure to me and the duration of the service. I decided to stay at the dealership to wait for my Jeep. The entire time spent at the dealership was 8 hours, but I left with my heat working in my Jeep due to a new water pump. More
