You guys are really really REALLY expensive and a bit doom and gloom with the diagnoses you share with customers. I took the $400 diagnostic hit because the counter rep told me my job would cost $2500 m doom and gloom with the diagnoses you share with customers. I took the $400 diagnostic hit because the counter rep told me my job would cost $2500 minimum to determine what the issue was. I declined and took my car to a reputable shop that determined i needed a water pump and a radiator hose - total cost for parts and labor was $950. Imagine if I would have let you guys not only dismantle my engine, but also have me pay for the privilege. I'd love to rely on the expertise of the dealership, but the cost is extremely prohibitive. Do better, the cars and car notes are already exorbitant. Jay Escobar is cool though, the one highlight. More

I came in to get a second key fob, which should be customery to get two fobs because a car comes with two, no one should have to pay for a key to their car. I waited an hour to get it programmed. They program it but screwed up cutting the key. They were supposed to send the new key in a timely fashion. Weeks past, so I called to find out what happened to the key. I then receive a key...which is not cut to my car!!!! What happens from here?????????? I don't know..let me say, I live in New Jersey and purchased not one but two Jeeps. I am not impressed with the service department. More
