Service was great and fast only waited an hour. I really thought State inspection was covered since I'm leasing, but its OK. This dealerships claims to be reputable and reliable yet that’s the complete opposite. The service department is especially unprofessional and I strongly believe that they don’t actually perform maintenance that’s the complete opposite. The service department is especially unprofessional and I strongly believe that they don’t actually perform maintenance that is claimed as nothing ever seems to be different other than them slapping on a new sticker (somehow always crooked) and resetting oil gauge. I will no longer be returning to this awful location and will look for local repair shops or a different dealership to give them my hard earned money rather than this laughable staff. Please strongly consider re-tooling your standard requirements of staff and professionalism. You’ve been warned. Please don’t waste your time with this junkyard. After having no car for several weeks, it feels great to have it back fully repaired. I had a water leak inside the car on the trunk side. Several friends were telling me is no big deal, just get the sunroof drains air it out and problem solved. It wasn’t the case, I finally made an appointment and Brian took down all my concerns. It took about a week for them to figure out the reason for the leak. Brian and his team went above and beyond! Got the sunroof replaced, the area of the carpet that was wet replaced. When I picked up the car there was a part of the carpet I didn’t like how it was placed in. Brian took care of it in a day! I’m very satisfied with the service. I have not found any other place to service my jeep like they do. More
