Our experience at Bayside Chrysler and Jeep working with Sales Advisor, Turgo Tropnasse, was exceptional. Buying/leasing a new vehicle can be very stressful on its own, but when a couple has differing Sales Advisor, Turgo Tropnasse, was exceptional. Buying/leasing a new vehicle can be very stressful on its own, but when a couple has differing opinions about what are the must-have features of a new vehicle, the stress is extraordinary. Lucky for us, Turgo leaned on his years of experience / EI (emotional intelligence) and observed this situation. He silently checked the inventory and verified availability of a vehicle he believed we would both would love!
