I dropped off my truck on Thursday to have the active grill shutter inspected due to a possible wiring issue or failure. After waiting over 3 hours for a response from the service advisor, I decided to leave and wait for a follow-up call. Near the end of the business day, I finally received a call informing me that the grill shutters were unresponsive and needed replacement. I was also told that my water pump was leaking. This turned out to be completely false. My water pump was not leaking, but I was still charged for a replacement. When I asked the service tech, Landon, to show me the leak he claimed was coming from behind the pulley, no one could provide any evidence. On the day my truck was supposed to be ready, Mark Proctor called to say that the thermostat housing and heater hose were now leaking and needed to be replaced. It turns out these components were working fine until Landon damaged them while replacing the water pump. To make matters worse, after paying over $2,400, I picked up my truck to find it not reassembled properly and fitted with clearly used replacement parts—especially the active grill shutter, which was dusty and visibly worn. I spoke with Alberto Olvera, a service lead, who got defensive when I questioned the charges. He even admitted that the water pump wasn’t leaking and that it would be highly unlikely given its design. While he discounted the part, I was still charged over $1,200 in labor for something that didn’t need fixing. When I brought this to the general manager, Jen McCumber, she was completely dismissive. She pretended to take down my information, only to later call someone else and refer to me as a liar. Her reasoning? Because the tech had worked there for years, nothing could be done. I was left feeling unheard, disrespected, and—based on the interaction—possibly racially profiled. I’m incredibly disappointed and upset by this whole experience. I expected transparency and professionalism and instead walked away with unnecessary repairs, poor workmanship, and a $2,400 bill for problems that either didn’t exist or were caused by their own staff. This is the third time I've had such bad service with this service department! (1). TMP, paid $450 for nothing, when all then had to do replace the monitors which I finally had to myself (3), my visor m this service department! (1). TMP, paid $450 for nothing, when all then had to do replace the monitors which I finally had to myself (3), my visor mirror lights and map light, took almost a year to get that solved, had to pay $1600 over my warranty and and going on three weeks to get my truck repaired at this same service department! If there was another dealership closer, I would go there! That service department know me baye face and name when thy see ne! More

From the start, the staff was unwilling to negotiate or offer any flexibility. I tried to negotiate the price of a used car and remove unnecessary packages they were adding, but they wouldn’t budge. They also gave me a lowball offer for my trade-in. Things only got worse when the finance manager showed up. I’ve never encountered a more unprofessional person. He immediately started criticizing my credit profile, despite my decent credit and salary, and acted like it was impossible to close any deal with me. He seemed annoyed because I had been looking at other dealerships, and kept focusing on my credit score and down payment, without offering any real solutions. I was offered another car that didn’t meet my needs, and ultimately we walked away without a deal. After an hour, I received a call saying I was “approved” with my down payment. When I asked for the APR, they refused to give me a straight answer, but insisted it was a good rate. I returned the next day, only to sit for another 2 hours waiting. When the finance manager finally came back, all he could give me was the monthly payment amount, without any official paperwork or transparency. When I asked again about the APR, he reluctantly told me it was 18%—absolutely outrageous. What really upset me was the manager's condescending attitude. He kept making unfounded claims about my credit, even though I know it’s in good standing. He seemed more interested in pushing me into a deal than actually helping me. It felt like he was trying to scam me with inflated rates and hidden fees. In the end, this dealership was unprofessional, dishonest, and manipulative. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for fair and transparent car deals. Stay far away if you value your time and money. More

Recently bought a car at this dealer. Thought the whole purchase process to be very easy. Then found out the vehicle delivered was not the vehicle agreed to. If you go here then triple Thought the whole purchase process to be very easy. Then found out the vehicle delivered was not the vehicle agreed to. If you go here then triple check everything and do not leave dealer until you know you got what you expected. Suggest shopping elsewhere. More
