If I had to sum up this place in one word, it would be "dishonest." Although I take full responsibility for choosing to do business with this dealer, I want to warn others to steer clear and find a better "dishonest." Although I take full responsibility for choosing to do business with this dealer, I want to warn others to steer clear and find a better deal elsewhere. In short, their team is terrible. I initially dealt with William, who seemed friendly, but then had to deal with Chris in the financing, who was new to the job. When I had questions about my deal the day after, no one seemed to know anything. I couldn't get anyone on the phone, and when I finally did speak with "the sales manager," he was upset that I had the audacity to question the deal and made me feel like I wasted his time. I urge anyone considering going to this dealer to stop and run far, far away. The people here are extremely dishonest. More

Working with Javier was a dream. I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership, and we were able to work out the financial end of things via text before I even left my hom I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership, and we were able to work out the financial end of things via text before I even left my home. All I had to do was take a test drive and sign a few documents and the deal was done without tying up my whole day. Best car buying experience ever, hands down.
