I purchased a certified used vehicle and got the run around while service attempted to figure out a remote start problem and they had my new to me car for two weeks.. Less than three months later I was around while service attempted to figure out a remote start problem and they had my new to me car for two weeks.. Less than three months later I was told on the phone my car is still covered under baxter certified used car bumper to bumper warranty(even after telling the representative the mileage). Four days later when I brought the car in I was told it is not covered and I would be responsible for paying to have front grille/emblem replaced so the collision mitigation system works. Not only is this a certified used vehicle that has had multiple problems missed on inspection, there service has gone to trash. I have purchased and serviced four vehicles here. I will no longer go back here and would recommend you stay away also. More
