I work the night shift and I was woken up to such a surprise, Justin drove the Tacoma to my house for me to look at and test drive it. Liza helped us when we came in to do all the paperwork, such a kind woman, she made the experience so smooth, we all dread going into a dealership for the long waits and cat n mouse games but for the first time this was not the case. From the moment we arrive to the moment the keys were placed in my hand I felt it wasn’t about the end of the month sale.Now I understand how Baxter has great reviews, it’s the small things that make the customer happy, it’s not about the sale.
