He listened carefully to what I was looking for in a car, patiently answered all my questions (and I had a lot!), and never pressured me to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. Justin's knowledge of the Toyota product line was impressive. He was able to clearly explain the differences between various models and trim levels, helping me narrow down my choices to find the perfect fit for my needs and budget. We spent some time chatting while my car was being appraised, and it was obvious to me that he was genuine. The atmosphere at Baxter Toyota was also unlike any dealership I’ve dealt with before—it felt real, laid-back, and focused on actually helping people. I brought my future mother in l helped me buy a 2025 Toyota RAV4 XLE. This was my first time buying a new vehicle and they were amazing to work with. I brought my future mother in law with me (she’s bought cars from this location for years) so she’s worked with a lot of car salespeople. Even she said they were knowledgeable and knew what they were talking about. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and took care of me from start to finish. Highly recommend! More

When I bought the 2019 Nissan Titan, there was a cigarette burn in the back seat, and Justin took a picture of it and said he could line up a vendor who does this kind of repair, whether to come back to Baxter Toyota at La Vista or have it done in Lincoln, Ne where I live, and have it done at that Baxter dealership. I had not heard back from him for a few days, called the dealership, and it turns out he had been out sick so Mike Caputo, general manager for used car sales, took it over and made the appointment for me. No problem, no complaint. Justin did a nice job, I have sold cars and also have had high pressure sales personnel experiences, and Justin's knowledge was above them, but it was right before Christmas, so very hectic, as the place was busy, he was maybe going through the motions, "somewhat sterile" but I would use him again. Mike Caputo was who talks the trade-in value for my 2018 Ford F150 crew cab truck and really sits down to the deal. THANK YOU Baxter Toyota for no document fees. Anderson Ford tried to charge me for a shop fee to get second keyless remote, and my vehicle was never in the shop, they said we charge everyone that.......I have never been back. Sid Dillon and Village Pointe Toyota all add a document fee........do you want to sell a vehicle or not? Village Pointe made their vehicle number change on the sheet he gave to do the deal.... higher than what the same truck was listed online! Then they added in how they would have to spend $2,500 on getting my truck up to speed.......my truck was in excellent shape. So with Village Pointe I am going to walk, and then they did their dance offering $3,000 more for my truck, promising other things like tires and running boards on their vehicle......I left. So I applaud Mike at Baxter, who was solid in his dialogue with me, very transparent, straightforward in his demeanor, and simply said this is the deal. I did have documentation that he was lower on my vehicle than other dealers, I had documentation, and he did come up $1000 on my truck. He is the one who took care of the cigarette burn, gave me another vehicle to drive for the day while the repair was made at no charge, always called me back, and if he was in a meeting, once I showed up at the dealership, he excused himself to come to take of me. This guy is tops for customer service, makes me feel I can trust him, makes things happen. Warren Buffet said about buying his car that it is how it made you feel when you left, and it was a good deal, is the way to repeat business. I would come back. Johnny Nesci was the product specialist, basically road with me as I test drove vehicles. This 6ft 5in kid was amazing. His knowledge of cars was top notch and even three weeks later, I text him a technology question about the truck and he answers me within minutes. His customer service was over the top, and so was his honest personality. For his age, and I just retired from teaching in 2023, his competency and and work ethic is at the highest standards, please keep him at this location, he would be another reason I would come back. This kid is going places due to his character and verbal skills. It did take a long time for the title to come, but Baxter followed up on the delay. More

Bob Steinke is our go-to sales representative, having helped us decide on and purchase 7 of the 8 vehicles we've purchased there. He is thorough and considerate, and never fails to meet our purchase needs and preferences---he definitely "goes the extra mile", to use an automotive pun. This dealership has had quite a few of the staff remain consistent over the years, which is a good indication of the consistency they provide to buyers. I don't even bother going to other dealerships anymore. Highly recommended! More
