I recently bought a 2025 Camry from Baxter Toyota of La Vista. This is the sixth vehicle I have purchased from them over the years. We had a car reserved to view and test drive with salesman Bob S, while we were out of town salesman Bob S. called and requested us to sign the purchase agreement via email even though we had not yet salesman Bob S, while we were out of town salesman Bob S. called and requested us to sign the purchase agreement via email even though we had not yet seen the vehicle on Friday pm right before the dealer's closing hours. We requested to come in Monday AM when salesman Bob S arrived to see the vehicle and discuss the purchase price-he was in rude and very impatient with us. When we requested a review of purchase price-he yelled that they already held it over the weekend and yelled that "it has already been agreed upon and our trade in was over and above of what they should be giving us". We never got to finish our request bc he was not going to listen to us! We have purchased other vehicles there and was quite happy with prior salesman BUT we will never go there again AS LONG as Bob S is still there. We walked!! He treated us like 'they were doing US A FAVOR and quit asking for anything more' Besides, the other factor was that he had a sold sign in the car with our name on it and the vehicle wasn't even detailed out or filled with gas! If we had purchase, we would have sat another hour or two waiting for the car to ready -we were paying cash for the purchase! More
