I had so many questions and all were answered plus some really interesting data that helped me make a confident decision in my vehicle choice. David McCoy not only cares about the customer but cares about what the customer needs for their lifestyle and their budget. He listened to my needs and wants and found the perfect vehicle that fit my family. I feel as if I made friends with my car dealership and my car salesman. I trusted him and his judgment. He knows his cars! I was also greeted by his boss and received a phone call asking how the process is going. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Salesman like David McCoy delivered an incredible service and gave a very pleasant experience for not only me but my two small children as well. He even went as far as bringing a used pickup to me when I could not make it to the dealership. Baxter Toyota is lucky to have a sale person that is this dedicated. Very unprofessional Toyota makes a great product, that's why I'm interested in a truck, but this dealership is not the place to buy from. The used trucks here are overpriced, please do your own research. The sales guys are ok and make an effort to try to sell a vehicle. Matt, one of the managers, should not work in this this line of work. He is ok overpricing and inflating prices as seasons change, but feels insulted if anyone gives him a low ball offer. On my third visit he literally laughed out loud at my offer, asked not to waste his time and never to step foot in the dealership again. All this for not willing to pay sticker price of an over priced truck. I will comply with his request and urge others to do the same. More
