Excellent! After having been hit in a car accident and having my airbag deploy the collision technician said that, once the airbag deploys many if not all insura After having been hit in a car accident and having my airbag deploy the collision technician said that, once the airbag deploys many if not all insurance companies will declare the vehicle a total loss. I was very saddened to hear that because I loved my RAV4 with a V6 engine from 2009. I live in the Des Moines area and had planned to begin my car shopping extravaganza in this area. However, a friend said to go to a dealership outside of this metro area because I could save money. After thinking about it, we did some research on line (emailed the dealership some questions). Upon receiving an email reply from Tim Tietz, I drove to Baxter Toyota in La Vista, NE. For me that meant driving a little more than 2 hours one way. That said, the entire process of taking certified pre-owned cars out for test drives was very educational. Originally I had sent an email to Baxter Toyota asking if they have any RAV4's with a V6 engine. They did not but they did have other cars like the Highlander and Venza which have the V6. After spending a good almost 4 hours at the dealership test driving certified pre-owned I was asked about a mode 2018 after which I asked Abraham Garcia, my sales consultant what if any offers they had for the 2018 cars. When he explained to me about the 0% interest I was hooked. After a brief call to my spouse to agree on how much money to use for the down payment I wound up purchase a 2018 RAV4. Both my spouse and I are very happy. Though I initially worked with Tim, I wound up doing most if not all my communications and negotiations with Abraham Garcia. The Sales consultants were not pushy or rude and I felt like I was able to negotiate fairly. I highly recommend this dealership again. Kind regards, Alina Salvat More
