He was very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. I actually went to two dealers and didn’t get the same welcoming feeling. Got my new car and will be back in the near future. Changed my view of Dealerships and Car Salesmen Sales Representative: William Whitman Finance: Eric Mendoza Vehicle Selection: Baxter had a great selection of Used Vehicles, in particular Certi Sales Representative: William Whitman Finance: Eric Mendoza Vehicle Selection: Baxter had a great selection of Used Vehicles, in particular Certified Used Toyotas. I told William that I was interested in two different vehicles that were on their website. Unfortunately, the two cars I was interested weren't there, but I found a vehicle that was better suited for my needs. The vehicles that I looked at were in great used condition and low miles. I could tell that William was really listening to what I was saying throughout because the cars that he recommended were in line with the features that I was looking for. This gave me the sense that we were on the same wavelength on what I was expecting out of my future vehicle. Price Negotiation (no trade, no cash down): William and his manager were very transparent in working with me on price. The main thing here is I had done my research on the value of the vehicle, and I had a price in mind with what I would be comfortable paying (total cost, not monthly payment). Service/Scheduling: The process moving form Price Negotiation to Finance to Delivery and Service was smooth as it could be. At all points, William made sure I was aware of how things were progressing. As I was finalizing the papers, Kenny came out and was scheduling a time for me to get my windows tinted and giving me the legal regulations in the states I reside, so I didn't have to talk to him after the papers were signed. At no point did I feel like I was just sitting around wasting time. Smooth process all around! Finance: Eric Mendoza... can't say enough good things about this guy. He was really personable and I felt no pressure on the cross sell of Gap Insurance, and Extra Warranty. He simply made sure that I was making well-informed decisions. Let's just finances are not the easiest thing to talk about whether you have good or bad finances, its something you like to keep private. Eric made the whole process easy and actually fun. Overall Experience: A+, 5/5 -- The team I encountered at Baxter is customer-centered, and not all about business. I understand that ultimately the goal of the business is to make profits and I went in with that perspective. However, this car-buying experience was unique and really changed the way I see car salesmen and dealerships. These Baxter Toyota team will help you make informed decisions and make sure you are happy with the deal! They've set the standard as far what I expect from a buying experience, and I hope to do business with them for years to come. I recommend you come here first and see how cars should be sold! More

Great Experience Bob Steinke was my Sales Rep. He did an amazing job finding me the right car for me at a great price. The only negative would be the Prey vs. Predat Bob Steinke was my Sales Rep. The only negative would be the Prey vs. Predator game at the end with the Finance department manager regarding the additional warranties/add-ons. If I had to do it all over again. I would let my sales rep know right off the bat I wasn't interested in any additional warranties or add-ons at this time. I didn't get anything additional. If I need/want in the future I will contact them at that time. My overall experience was tremendous and would recommend Baxter Toyota/Bob Steinke.
