Came in for a recall on headlights Had to order the parts to repair a problem with headlights burning out prematurely. the first time we came in we were informed that the parts were not Had to order the parts to repair a problem with headlights burning out prematurely. the first time we came in we were informed that the parts were not in yet. It took about two months for them to arrive. The second trip in we were informed it would take about two and a half hours to complete the repair. We arrived about three hours later and were informed it would be another hour. One hour later the car was still not completed, so we waited another 30 min. You would think that kind of service would deserve a "sorry about that". Nope! More

Outstanding! I recently made the decision to leave Honda after 20 years. I was greeted very warmly by Michael before the front door even closed. (Kudos). I then worked with William Whitman (Michael had a pre-set appointment with another client ) who I feel went above and beyond in getting me my 2018 Toyota Rav 4 as we looked at a couple of other vehicles prior to my settling on this vehicle. William took the time needed and theh some to explain to me the features of my vehicle, etc. He was also willing to go in on his day off for me to pick up my vehicle. A shout out to Ed and Dario that also went above and beyond as well.... I will definitely recommend your dealership and these employees to others. (Too bad that your competitors do not strive for the same outstanding customer service that your employees provide!) More

Truly GREAT service! I went in to the dealership with trepidation, knowing I had poor credit but decided to give it a try. After 2 days, they told me to come in to sign some paperwork and be ready to drive my pretty red 2012 Toyota Tacoma Double cab 4WD pickup home!
