Service Satisfaction was Not a priority I came in to have a warranty enhancement done.On the original inspection (April 12) I was told the parts were not in stock. The light was temporarily I came in to have a warranty enhancement done.On the original inspection (April 12) I was told the parts were not in stock. The light was temporarily repaired and I was charged to have other lights replaced. I was told at that time it would be "a couple" weeks before the parts were in. I called the following month and they were still not in. When I was finally notified in June that the parts were in, I was given 30 days to make an appointment or the parts would be returned. On arrival for my appointment, I was told it would take a "couple" hours I asked if they would clarify "a couple" and was told usually 2 hours but could be a little more. Without a loan vehicle available, I elected to wait. I arrived at 9:30 am and had a lunch appointment that was somewhat flexible.. At 2 hours I figured I would give it another hour. I was reading and don't tend to be a clock watcher. After 4 hours I finally texted to the service manager and asked what the problem was. I was told my car was ready and they were sorry they hadn't let me know earlier. On getting my paperwork I saw that the car had been ready since 10:52. (about 1 and 1/2 hours) It sat outside and I was not notified. My lunch appointment was severely delayed and I was not able to finish my other tasks for my day off. I also needed to text for my key location as it had been put under the cup holder in the armrest. I find your location somewhat out of the way and was willing to drive as I had received good service on my original purchase and followup.The whole handling of the warranty service was off. I will be looking for another dealer for future needs. More
