Amazing overall service!! I have to go out of my way to find a way to review this dealer. I've dealt with many dealers in the past, never have I ever found one that I would rec I have to go out of my way to find a way to review this dealer. I've dealt with many dealers in the past, never have I ever found one that I would recommend to anybody. I believe salesmen will tell you anything to get the sale and once the sale is done you never hear from them again. Bob Steinke with Baxter Toyota has gone way above and beyond. He has helped with a great deal on my Toyota Highlander, helped get everything setup on it that I wanted (tow hitch, brake controls, remote start) and when I had an issue with the car, he was there every step of the way to help get it fixed. He even follows up afterward to see if any questions and just to see how the car handled our camper we purchased. Which was the reason we bought the Highlander, so we can tow this camper. No salesman would ever stick with me after the sale is made and why I have to find a way to review this dealer. I'm quick to review bad service so I have to go out of my way to say how great this was. I was very impressed how everything has been handled since the purchase and someone I will recommend and likely return to for a new truck in a couple years. More
