It was the first time I've ever left an auto negotiation getting everything I wanted from the transaction. I've never received what research told me a car was worth until I did business with Baxter. I've never had a dealer do more to go above and beyond to make sure both the trade-in and sale price of the new car were right. It was truly a win/win and both parties left the table happy. A word about the sales team. Bob Steinke and his team are phenomenal. My family left west central Iowa at 5pm and arrived at the dealership at 730. Bob, Maria, Pete, and others stayed with us at the dealership until AFTER 10pm to make sure all the "i's" were dotted and "t's" crossed. Bob worked tirelessly to ENSURE that our Toyota connected services were working before we left and took us on the best test drive I've EVER experienced. All in all, just a tremendous experience from start to finish, and we couldn't be happier with the sale and the new car. For those nervous about car shopping during COVID, the entire staff at the dealership wore masks throughout the evening and had hand sanitizer available at every desk. Thank you again Bob!
