I've bought many cars in my lifetime but the experience we had at Baxter Toyota of La Vista was the smoothest and easiest I've ever had. Mike Ficenec was outstanding to work with. We drove 3 hours from Kan we had at Baxter Toyota of La Vista was the smoothest and easiest I've ever had. Mike Ficenec was outstanding to work with. We drove 3 hours from Kansas City for our Highlander and he was great to work with over the phone. Because we were buying used there's always a risk but Mike was completely transparent and felt so trustworthy. We felt confident in driving the distance to buy a car we hadn't seen in person yet because of Mike's care over the phone through videos and photos. It was the least stressful and quickest buying experience we've ever had but not in a rushed way. We felt so confident that we were making the right decision because the staff that worked there made us feel at ease. After the purchase Johnny Nesci spent time with us in the car going over all the bell and whistles the car had. He helped me connect my phone, walked me through connecting my garage door opener when I got home and showed us all the features of the new car. I would buy from them in the future with no doubt.
