One heck of a story: Disabled person (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) who drove 45 min to test drive only to be told I could not test drive, because I was not buying after I told the salesperson THREE times I Syndrome) who drove 45 min to test drive only to be told I could not test drive, because I was not buying after I told the salesperson THREE times I was just trying to see what I liked, because I wanted to buy a car soon. 1pm I reached out about a CRV hybrid with leather seats. Bryce was the salesperson I was connected with. I said I was just looking to see if I wanted this type of car. 3pm I was told they had a Touring in stock. I was asked if I wanted to test drive this evening. I responded that I did around 7. 5pm I get a text telling me about a $10k markup. I said I just wanted to see if I even liked the car before making a decision and at the moment I was just looking, not buying. 630pm I arrive after driving 45 minutes (far for someone with my illness). I am then told that I CANNOT drive the car since I am not buying. WHAT?! I said that made NO sense since we confirmed multiple times I was not buying. I still could not drive it. I asked to see inside the car and Bryce begrudgingly walked to the car. I asked what features it had to make it so special and Bryce responded, "All the bells and whistles". And that was it. Nothing else. My app tells me I was at Battison for 12 total minutes & I used the restroom! On the walk back to the main building with Bryce, I called Bob Howard and asked if they had a Touring I could drive since Battison had me drive 90 min round trip promising a test drive and then saying NO when I got there. The Bob Howard manager told me to come on down and he would help me out! I got to Bob Howard and I was greeted by the manager who connected me with John, the sweetest 70 year old salesman ever. Even before we got to the car he pushed a button and all the windows opened. He said that was one of the cool features of the car to allow the hot air to escape before you even get in. He then showed me heated steering wheel and how the dash always shows the speed limit and the doors opening 90 degrees and the no touch open/close of the hatch. By the time I left the Premium Lexus I had been considering was an afterthought. The Touring had moved to the front of the pack of potential cars. The manager at Bob Howard wanted Bryce's name so he would NEVER hire him and said all his sales people had been with him 5+years and were great guys. If they are anything like John, he has an AMAZING team. Also... Bob Howard doesn't have the $10k markup over MSRP. Skip the BS and just go to Bob Howard for a KILLER experience and great pricing. I am a 76 yr. old Vietnam veteran and have bought and sold over 30 vehicles in my lifetime. I am a grumpy customer but I had an amazing experience with Sam Webber old Vietnam veteran and have bought and sold over 30 vehicles in my lifetime. I am a grumpy customer but I had an amazing experience with Sam Webber. Sam went to bat for me more than once and I am extremely pleased with my 2020 Honda Ridgeline. My wife likes it better than her van. We had the Ridgeline delivered 300 miles away. Great job, Sam. More
Contacted the store about an instock new car and felt like an inconvenience for asking to see the window stick. Sales man did not want to share it with me. I told him we were not a good match and I would like an inconvenience for asking to see the window stick. Sales man did not want to share it with me. I told him we were not a good match and I would like to speak with another sales person. Later contacted another sales person who was polite and told me the car was sold and they had another similar. but did not end up sending me the window sticker or details on the car as they he said they would, it was late in the evening but by the time I found a car the next morning I had not received it. Would not recommend Rob. More

Immediate $5000 increase over MSRP for no reason other than they had that particular vehicle. Told me they’d have a loaner twice, didn’t have any both times. Tried to service my vehicle after accepting to be shuttled, got half way through disassembly before realizing they didn’t have the parts. both times. JR was very knowledgeable however refused to even try to negotiate a price and basically laughed at us for asking. Zeff responded with “lol” when we asked if they were firm on prices. They bragged abou negotiate a price and basically laughed at us for asking. Zeff responded with “lol” when we asked if they were firm on prices. They bragged about having the biggest inventory in the state of OK and clearly it’s because they do not want to try and sell someone a car for less than sticker price. More
Purchase a '21 Ridgeline May of last year. They were good with my trade-in, they did the standard mark up for tint and the Pearl White paint. I was fine with that. I actually did most of the They were good with my trade-in, they did the standard mark up for tint and the Pearl White paint. I was fine with that. I actually did most of the negotiating over the phone as I live an hour away. The only knock is that I drove all the way there for a black Ridgeline and when I got there, I was told it was sold and the website was not updated. Also, no free oil changes? There really wasn't much done in terms of the sales department but Zeffelin was very nice. Finance wasn't too bad either. All in all, not bad and they were about $5000 less on the same vehicle at a Honda dealership where I live. More

AFTER TEXTING AND CALLING MY SALES MAN AFTER THE PURCHASE FOR TH DURING MY HORRIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE GIVEN 6 FREE OIL CHANGES. AFTER TEXTING AND CALLING MY SALES MAN AFTER THE PURCHASE FOR THE EXTRA COUPONS, HE SAID "I DON'T NEED THEM THEY ARE SETUP IN THE SYSTEM". I SIGNED A PAPER STATING THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME 6 FREE OIL CHANGES, BUT IT WASN'T PUT ON THE "WE OWE" PAPER. WENT IN FOR MY FIRST FREE OIL CHANGE AND THOUGHT I BETTER CONFIRM I WOULD HAVE 5 LEFT. AND SURE ENOUGH NOPE NOTHING WAS EVER DONE AND THE PAPER I SIGNED IS NOT IN MY CAR DEAL...SMH. SO NOT ONLY ARE THEY CROOKS THEY THROW AWAY PAPERWORK OUT OF THE CAR DEALS.
