I was co signing for the loan and then the finance manager without my consent tried to turn it into a straw man deal. Making me the primary buyer for the person actually buying the car. I bought a 2017 Lincoln MKZ select from this dealer first looked at it on January 12th on the website grayson the salesman I first met when I drove the car it had a bump in the shift from second to third gea looked at it on January 12th on the website grayson the salesman I first met when I drove the car it had a bump in the shift from second to third gear the salesman noticed it on the test drive also. I asked for the problem to be looked at and the transmission serviced and the problem solved. they sent the car to Cooper Lincoln in Edmond who kept the car almost 2 weeks to do a software update supposedly to the transmission which never happened. during the time Cooper had the car they ruined the right front tire had to replace a tire with a new one. battison got the car back they put two new tires on the car which I appreciate. it still had the transmission shift problem. I took car to Cummins Lincoln in Weatherford to have the transmission service new fluid put in but they did not change the transmission filter. the shift problem improved slightly but it's still there I really like the car the whole time I don't like the transmission problem. in the end I was sent the car title in the mail that was notarized and dated February 5th which I had not agreed to keep the car until everything was fixed. I was told the dealer is not going to do anything else to it so now this is February 28th I have a car that has a shift problem that I'm looking to try to sell which is totally disappointing because this was going to be my last car I'm 69 years old. overall I would say thanks to Grayson in sales Grant in financing Kevin in service.for what help that they did overall as a dealer. I'm disappointed in the car. the dealer overall with respectful but I felt like I was not given all the information about the car which may or may not was their fault. will I recommend people to go to this dealer to shop for a car yes. just not happy with what I wound up with for a car More
Sales and Service are horrible. DO NOT TRUST this business/the people working within the business. The will lie and tell you what you want to hear to get your business. Then take yo DO NOT TRUST this business/the people working within the business. The will lie and tell you what you want to hear to get your business. Then take your money and you essentially have no recourse. Good luck. Oh, btw, they will say, "we are sorry you were not happy" but then offer no solution to make the situation right. I am a single mother two, battison Honda has done bare minimum for me . I got my car back in October. Had the oil changed in February, the salesman who sold me the vehicle has not tried or has he helped. minimum for me . I got my car back in October. Had the oil changed in February, the salesman who sold me the vehicle has not tried or has he helped. Evape/ battery went out 4months later after I got my car. Only had one person who honestly helped in June. A recall has went out on my vehicle and still no help. Jim Hill the supervisor of sales on the Nw Expressway he is unprofessional & also extremely rude. Also Grant the car salesman has ignored very call since I got this car. The help from them is Trash. Their was problems with the car when I got it, and they don’t have to admit to it. But how is it 5 months of having a car you have the evape / battery give you problems. Than on top it I called everyday to battison Honda and got nothing but neglected. Grant doesn’t believe in returning a phone call, And than my brother has called them and they are not returning phone calls. Whatsoever!!!! The customer service Has been the WORST I’VE ever experienced in my life. I do believe that Battison should get the car fixed .& pay for the repairs. And also it 4months to get the help for the evape/battery. I haven’t been able to make it work. So not only are they playing with my children. And their education. But they playing with my money. I would not recommend this place if you are a SINGLE MOTHER LOOKING FOR A DEPENDABLE CAR!!! More
One heck of a story: Disabled person (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) who drove 45 min to test drive only to be told I could not test drive, because I was not buying after I told the salesperson THREE times I Syndrome) who drove 45 min to test drive only to be told I could not test drive, because I was not buying after I told the salesperson THREE times I was just trying to see what I liked, because I wanted to buy a car soon. 1pm I reached out about a CRV hybrid with leather seats. Bryce was the salesperson I was connected with. I said I was just looking to see if I wanted this type of car. 3pm I was told they had a Touring in stock. I was asked if I wanted to test drive this evening. I responded that I did around 7. 5pm I get a text telling me about a $10k markup. I said I just wanted to see if I even liked the car before making a decision and at the moment I was just looking, not buying. 630pm I arrive after driving 45 minutes (far for someone with my illness). I am then told that I CANNOT drive the car since I am not buying. WHAT?! I said that made NO sense since we confirmed multiple times I was not buying. I still could not drive it. I asked to see inside the car and Bryce begrudgingly walked to the car. I asked what features it had to make it so special and Bryce responded, "All the bells and whistles". And that was it. Nothing else. My app tells me I was at Battison for 12 total minutes & I used the restroom! On the walk back to the main building with Bryce, I called Bob Howard and asked if they had a Touring I could drive since Battison had me drive 90 min round trip promising a test drive and then saying NO when I got there. The Bob Howard manager told me to come on down and he would help me out! I got to Bob Howard and I was greeted by the manager who connected me with John, the sweetest 70 year old salesman ever. Even before we got to the car he pushed a button and all the windows opened. He said that was one of the cool features of the car to allow the hot air to escape before you even get in. He then showed me heated steering wheel and how the dash always shows the speed limit and the doors opening 90 degrees and the no touch open/close of the hatch. By the time I left the Premium Lexus I had been considering was an afterthought. The Touring had moved to the front of the pack of potential cars. The manager at Bob Howard wanted Bryce's name so he would NEVER hire him and said all his sales people had been with him 5+years and were great guys. If they are anything like John, he has an AMAZING team. Also... Bob Howard doesn't have the $10k markup over MSRP. Skip the BS and just go to Bob Howard for a KILLER experience and great pricing. More
