I have always had my car serviced here. Was told at 20,000 I should have had the differentiaI fluid changed. I am at 68,000 miles and this was the first I had heard about it. Service department people were very courteous and kept me informed of what they were going to do. And when they were finished, they told me exactly what they did. Dropped off vehicle for service and was told a time it would be finished. While vehicle was there, I received a call from salesperson telling me additional recommended maintenance and given a price. I agreed on said price and gave permission to proceed with the services. I showed up to pick up vehicle 2 hours after the time I was told vehicle would be ready d it was not ready. I returned an hour later and when taken to payment desk the price listed on statement was well $100 than what I was quoted. Service personnel was difficult to contact via telephone as well. Need to improve on service department. More
I only have my CR-V serviced at Basney. Up until this last visit each time everything has gone well. When I called to get my appointment to have my brakes done I made sure to let the service advisor know that I would need to get a ride to work he told that would not be a problem, he told me I would have an appointment for 8:30 a.m. I told him I would be there at 7:00a.m. So I would have enough time to get to work. I got at Basney at about 7:00 a.m.Tuesday 3/21 and was greeted by the service advisor and was told it might be about a 45 minute wait before I could get a ride to work, that still would have got me to work close to the time I need to be on time or maybe just a few short minutes late. As it all worked out I did not get a ride for just over 2 hours, making me late for work by an hour and a half. I am a little disappointed with this experience, I did not expect this coming from your dealership, considering the past experience with you. I am not going to let this stop me from returning for future service, but I sure hope this issue will be resolved for not just me but all of your customers. John Boutell. More
The shop and waiting room were clean. The service was completed pretty close to the time I was quoted.
