In general everyone there is professional and treats customers well. I do question the validity of a 182 point inspection on a "certified used" vehicle considering I had to bring it back to have the tra customers well. I came in a couple days earlier but there was a 3 1/2 hour wait. My oil light came on a couple times. Brian was so helpful. He topped off my oil so I didn’t need to buy oil and put it in. Go to a different dealership. Bought an extended warranty and the service department still hasn't fixed the problem. Had the vehicle there 4 different times for the transmission. I was super frustrated after purchasing my car, told myself I wouldn’t return for anything but when I realized it was an issue only Honda could fix, I decided to come back.
