Seemed okay until my last servicing. I had a 3 o’clock appointment and was told it would take an hour and a half to complete. But after waiting an hour and a half I was told that my truc I had a 3 o’clock appointment and was told it would take an hour and a half to complete. But after waiting an hour and a half I was told that my truck hadn’t even been checked in yet for servicing. I planned my whole day around this appointment. I had no choice but to change up my plans. I figured that maybe they would give me a break on my bill. However, I was disappointed that they didn’t offer a discount. ☹️ I will try their service one more time. That servicing will most likely make or break if I’ll use them in the future whether servicing or purchase. More
