We had a 10am appt but the car wasn't ready until around 5:30/6pm. All that had been done was an oil change by then and the a/c diagnosis was getting started. I didn't ask for an oil change. Spent all day is South Bend thinking everything would get done since I made an appt for everything I listed above.
