Basney Honda - Service Center

I had to call 5 times to get an appointment set up, nobody returned my voicemails and left messages. Basney service was supposed to call me when my part was in! The work done to my vehicle was done really well, I've only had my vehicle back 2 days, but so far I'm satisfied with the fixes. More

I always say no to the free car wash but they always run my cars through anyway and the wash always leaves soap residue spots all over so I then have to rewash it. I was told the recall would take all day, and possibly overnight. Instead, it was done in 3 hours. Great, but I would have waited if the estimate was anywhere near the result.
