The Service Department is very disorganized. Can't seem to track ordered parts. They had 2 weeks before my 1st appointment to get the part needed. Was told at the 2nd appointment that the part was still not in. After I returned home (45 minutes away), a 2nd service advisor informed me that it really was in. So, it took a 3rd trip there to get my battery cable. Curt sounded like a prerecorded message in speaking. He hardly listened to me and sent me on my way, when he could have done better research. When I returned that same day, he offered little remorse. Was given a free oil change and some gas, but that hardly makes up for the difficulties and unpleasantries. More
