My first online car buying experience was enhanced by the great customer service and follow through at Basil. Living in Irondequoit, I didn't find a great selection locally within my budget. Hence, working online turned out to be the best buying option. I work with Amber Smith and had a tremendous experience. She was knowledgeable, had the asnwers to my questions, made sure that the process was all in place when I arrived at the dealership. She even returned the car rental for me. Steve from finance was equally prepared and work a deal that fit my needs. This was a great buying experience and I would recommend Basil and the team to anyone wanting to purchase a Volkswagen.
