I was satisfied with the work that this dealership did however their communication sucked. They told me several different things about timeframes that did not happen. I went four days without a vehicle and they didn't even tell me that they provide a courtesy shuttle causing me to have to pay for rides and pay for cabs to get back and forth to the dealership. Great experience I originally went in for an oil change. I only had 3 payments left on my lease and was asked if I was interested in talking to someone about a new veh I originally went in for an oil change. I only had 3 payments left on my lease and was asked if I was interested in talking to someone about a new vehicle. With in minutes I was in discussions about lease pull ahead. Everyone was so nice and very considerate as they could see I was in extreme pain. New vehicle later that evening! More
