I will never be visiting again. I was having major issues with my car and the electrical components of it. I have brought this to the attention of the service people at Basil Ford of Cheektowaga; laughed at with my car and the electrical components of it. I have brought this to the attention of the service people at Basil Ford of Cheektowaga; laughed at me, didn’t listen to my issues; I brought my car back serval times for this and time and time again. The car also rolled down my driveway and they told me well we cannot recreate the issue so we can’t help you. I also brought in pictures and articles I found linking the problem to a manual cap and they dismissed me. They didn’t listen to my concerns until I called Ford customer care. To at this point they told me I was a thief stealing there loaner vehicle. When I brought the car back in my spare time they laughed at me and my mother while standing waiting for my car. They were also so busy eating and talking about there plans after to work to bother with customers. Then they told me that I need to visit another dealer for future issues that I have with the car. I was appalled that they said to me and my mother. How dare they say these things to customers is ridiculous and should be taught how to speak to people. More
