traded my Grand Prix in for a new Dodge Avenger. Went in was looking at a Ford Fusion, ended up walking out with a 2013 Dodge Avenger. I am in love with this car! Beware I went to this dealership because they were having a "super sale" . I had no intention on buying a vehicle that day, the staff was friendly but kind I went to this dealership because they were having a "super sale" . I had no intention on buying a vehicle that day, the staff was friendly but kinda pushy on trying to get me into a vehicle when I wasn't really looking to buy. They pulled up with a Ram 1500 and I liked it and took it on a test drive. The gave me an offer I couldn't refuse and I took it home. A few days later it rained and I found out that the window leaked. I called them back telling them that it was leaking, the salesman told me he would get back with me. He called me around 7 hours later at about 9 pm to tell me that there was nothing that they could do and that it was my problem and I would have to fix it. The next day I went into the store and was very adamant about having the window resealed because it had obvious leaked be ford and they clean the water marks off of the roof. They told me that they would fix it the next day, but when I received the truck back it had the same problem only this time they put some black tape on the window, now spring is almost here and I have a truck that I got less than a month ago that will let even the smallest amount of water in. Thank you barts for the shady work you guys do, I will not recommend anybody to go to this dealership unless you want to be screwed over. I will never take my business to this dealership even aging. P. S. If they told you that the oil has been changed, check it, they probably did not. More

My Car buying experience at Bart's Paul had answered all the questions that I had regarding the Equinox I had looked at. When I looked at the car closer I had found two chips in the win Paul had answered all the questions that I had regarding the Equinox I had looked at. When I looked at the car closer I had found two chips in the windshield and I let Paul know this. Paul had checked into this and came up with a solution. Bart's is going to have the chips fixed at no cost to me. I am loving the Equinox that I purchased at Bart's and the sale people there were friendly. More
