Addressed all the issues We purchased a used Ford pickup truck. I had called several dealerships including a couple out of state.. We were looking for a specific vehicle. W We purchased a used Ford pickup truck. I had called several dealerships including a couple out of state.. We were looking for a specific vehicle. We also had some minor credit issues so we could be considered a more challenging car buyer to satisfy. Not only did Big Jim at Bart's find the vehicle we wanted, he gave us choices, excellent trade in value for or current truck and also went the extra mile to secure us a loan with payments within our budget when others turned us down. He worked well past 5 pm showing us vehicles and working on the loan when I am sure he would have rather been home. He is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was a real pleasure working with him. There were some small issues with the vehicle which Jim could have just said "you bought it as is", he did not. He addressed all our concerns and when we picked the truck up we could 'not have been happier.! .We are extremely pleased with our experience and would recommend Bart's to friends and family. I have already recommended Bart's to my son who will be making his first car purchase. Big Jim spent more than a half hour on the phone giving me advice and recommendations for someone making his very first car purchase and loan application.They really do treat you like family. More

MY GREAT DAY AT BARTS Got rid of my 2002 Cadillac thank god. nice car just tired of it. Went Bart"s car store in Columbia City Paul K. was the guy i dealt with. Paul was great to deal with. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car. He did not pressure us, like most sales guys do. He showed us around the lot to look at multiple cars. It was also raining outside and windy. He did not even seem to be bothered what soever. Also the other members of his team i talked with were helpful. The hot chocolate was good also. Anyway, me and my family were very, very, impressed with the kindness and hospitality, Paul and his crew showed the few hours we were there. Just want to say thanks again....5 stars........
