As a single woman, I always dread buying cars. I feel talked down to and embarrassed. This was the first time I actually enjoyed the experience from start to finish. It was by far the most positiv I feel talked down to and embarrassed. This was the first time I actually enjoyed the experience from start to finish. It was by far the most positive experience purchasing a Car in my life. Abdullah was honest and straightforward, sensitive to my needs and limitations, and more than willing to work with me on the numerous credit issues. I Started Out Just Walking Around And Looking; He Was Able To Help Me Decide What Features Were Important To Me; Then Show Me Several Options In My Price Range. My credit is not perfect, and I have had issues in the past. He worked through each item with patience, and I was not embarrassed. That Is very important to me. I hope this car lasts a Long time, but I know where to come for my next one. More
I wish I could give them no stars, after putting $7k down on a 2017 bmw just two days after purchasing my vehicle I had numerous problems, including head gasket repairs, fuel injectors, water pump, spark plu on a 2017 bmw just two days after purchasing my vehicle I had numerous problems, including head gasket repairs, fuel injectors, water pump, spark plugs, coil packs the list goes on. The head gasket in particular stopped functioning less than 2 months of purchasing the vehicle and the service center had it for half of that “repairing” other things. It took them over two months to repair the head gasket that comes with a 2 year warranty and less than a year later i was being told I need a new one. When I reached out to this dealership about repairing my head gasket I was told I have to pay $3,900 out of pocket, because THEY don’t have the same workers in THEIR shop. I wish could say it was only me but SEVERAL people have has issues with this dealership. SAVE YOUR MONEY & stay AWAY from This place More
After purchasing an SUV from the dealership, paid $3500 for bumper-to-bumper warranty. A month later I called the warranty department to figure out what it covered. They told me that the dealership cancele for bumper-to-bumper warranty. A month later I called the warranty department to figure out what it covered. They told me that the dealership canceled the warranty without notifying me. And it could be done at any time from the dealership.??? never got my money back. Buyers beware a very shady dealership. They seem to have AMAZING deals, however, they don’t really go into depth about the $4,000 - $7,000 increase on top of the sales price. I was smart enough to not purchase with them, but even over the ph really go into depth about the $4,000 - $7,000 increase on top of the sales price. I was smart enough to not purchase with them, but even over the phone they didn’t get too in-depth. They claim for it to be for the price to transport the vehicle (even though it’s pre owned and has been sitting on the lot), to fix anything and make sure it’s all set for you (even though they should have everything already done if they’re going to sell the car), etc. It’s smart, they want to get back the money they put into transporting and fixing the used car to sell, but that’s ridiculous to put that on the buyer. So, do not recommend sorry. More
