I brought my impala in for an oil change. Prior I had already noticed a load noise every time I started. Wasn’t sure what it was. I never mentioned it when I brought it in because I thought I would be informed about it after my car was finished being serviced. I was not. It’s like they didn’t know anything about it. After I payed for my oil change and stated my car the noise was still present. I called my rep over and pointed it out. I then had to bring my car back in the following week to get it diagnosed which was an inconvenience since it was just there. My front cat converter had a crack. And caused the sound. Like I mentioned the sound is loud to the point that you can’t miss it. Whenever I have an appointment I park my car there the night before because I usually choose the earliest appt. So in my opinion the person who drive my car in the next morning most definitely heard that noise. I’m not happy with that service at all. There were other minor things I was not satisfied with I’m not going to mentioned. I won’t be returning long story short. More

What ia very pleasant experience, my sales person Dave was tremendous, and had a lot of knowledge of the product. After my Chevy 2018 express van was hit, I took my truck into the auto body shop, (Eric Youngberg) gave me the estimate to repair damage to the supreme utility body, he said it would take two weeks to rep into the auto body shop, (Eric Youngberg) gave me the estimate to repair damage to the supreme utility body, he said it would take two weeks to repair, long story short, he had the truck for two months, never completed the repair properly and the cab of the truck was filled with auto body dust, I wouldn't let Eric touch any of my vehicles again, he is inept and a liar, to cover his xxx with the ownership he totally threw me under the bus, poor customer service and he has more excuses for every question or problem that took place... More
