Very disappointing experience! me and my husband went to the dealership to look at two trucks, which one of them he found on line and he was very interested. We test drove both vehicles 2011 Chevy Silverado for around $21,000 and then the 2011 GMC sierra with price Doug $25,995. Dave was our sales person and he was very nice, when we ask for a price of the GMC he looked up on his phone and it was 27,995. So we ask him why is it on the car the lower price? He said he will go and check with dad used car sales manager. Never met least professional car manager in my life!!! After just two minutes of him talking we did not want to do any business with Barlo dealership! When I asked about the price he blamed it on his sales people that they didn't rip the price tag off the car and that wasn't a real price even when all of the warrantees we're on it. In front of me and my husband took the tag off and rip it off the window. He said the car is almost $28,000 and he's not going to sell for $25 995. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable! We were ready to buy the truck that day however because of the negativity of the used car sales manager which has no clue about his inventory and blames everything on everybody but himself , We do not want to do business with people like that. He should not be a manager! He cannot take responsibility for his errors! If the lower price was in the price which should be there, I told him he should've made sure to check the car before he put it on the lot, so he said he's not able to look over all the cars . What does it say about used car sales manager which doesn't have any control over maybe 30 preowned vehicles on his lot! He routines to sell for Dave ! Very disappointing! Mike is a very negative person and from the start he made sure the sales person does not have the deal, didn't even invite us insight to discuss the numbers ! Just said we have nothing to talk about if we are counting on buying the car for the $25,000! Whoever will read does reveal should think twice about doing business in this place with this particular person. And the GM of the company should think twice if that person should be a manager !!! More
SERVICE WAS ADAQUTE WITH THE LEASED VEHICLE. AFTER SOME PHONE CALLING THINGS GOT STRAIGHTEN OUT. I DO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE, NOT BARLOW THEMSELVES. SALES REP RAY CAREY WAS VERY PLEASURAB PHONE CALLING THINGS GOT STRAIGHTEN OUT. I DO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE CORPORATE OFFICE, NOT BARLOW THEMSELVES. SALES REP RAY CAREY WAS VERY PLEASURABLE AND GREETED US EVERY TIME WE CAME IN. HE TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF US WHEN WE BOUGHT OUR CAR. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL HELPING MY FATHER OUT TO BUY A CAR AS WELL. MY FATHER IS HANDICAPED AND RAY ASSISTED HIM IN EVERY WAY. TPONOTCH SALESREP. More
