I purchased a new Honda from this dealership, along with the full coverage extra since this is a hybrid. The coverage was described to me as covering bumper to bumper, paint, and all others. I have been tol the full coverage extra since this is a hybrid. The coverage was described to me as covering bumper to bumper, paint, and all others. I have been told twice that no one at this dealership knows what I am talking about. Today, I was told they may refuse to cover a tear in the door gasket. I have tried to call but they "are busy working on deals" they were not too busy to take my money! and this type of service will deter return customers or any type of good recommendations. More

I love it. It did not have a owners handbook. I purchased one online and Scott Byrley, the general manager reimbursed me for the cost and even added extra for stress. It was a sign of relief when Mr GIBBS, said that Barbour Honda Service can take me. We laughed and joked about his unique first name YINESSE....nickname, elliott 'NESS'. I got an oil change, car wash and my remote key fob batteries replaced...Now, that's service. Thank you, Mr YINESE GIBBS. More

Their shop messed up our transmission replacement. They are unwilling to respond to calls or take responsibility for issues. Putting $2,000 on the customer to pay out of pocket for their mistake. Both the Service Manager (Ashley Andrews) and General Manager (Scott) have blantaly refused to call back after being told multiple times they would. We as a loyal service customer for atleast a year are being totally ignored. This is not okay!!! More
