I first came into Barbour-Hendrick Honda Greenville in 2021 looking for a car. Fast forward to 2022 I came back looking to update my current vehicle. Mr. Williams and I sat and talked about various vehicles. On 11/29/22 I received a call from Mr. Williams regarding New Vehicle that have arrived. I told him that I would be there in 2hrs. I arrived and waited for Mr. Williams to finish up with another customer. Mr. Williams had walked me around the lot looking at the various options and sold me a vehicle. Firstly what represents the 1 star is that the parts associate I spoke with was straightforward and respectful. Now, the reason 4 stars will remain unselected is because I have a 2022 Honda and it’s bee associate I spoke with was straightforward and respectful. Now, the reason 4 stars will remain unselected is because I have a 2022 Honda and it’s been waiting on parts for over 6 months now. The parts finally arrived in September 2022 and 1 specific part that meant the most was ordered incorrectly on Honda’s end stated by the associate I spoke with. After months and months of the part being on back order with no ETA then finally having an ETA. How Honda how could you order the wrong part. How do you mix up front sensors and back sensors. And now there is no ETA for the correct part that was ordered in the first place, Really? Yes I understand everyone makes mistakes but after receiving numerous of calls concerning this order for particular parts, everything should’ve been darn near perfect! More
Yesterday we went in to look at a used car for my 16 year old. Jimmy met us in the parking lot and showed us the car we thought we wanted. Someone else was interested in it so he got my info to contact me if that person didn’t buy the car. Before we could drive off the lot my husband sent me another car on the lot to look at. I went back in and Jimmy was ready and willing to help us. We were at the dealership for a while and Jimmy was so helpful. Very knowledgeable about the car, brought us waters, showed my daughter all of the things about the car and made jokes with her. He was amazing!! More
