Parts and Service HORRIBLE It's been almost 3 weeks and I still don't have my Jeep renegade back yet. All it needed was a fan replaced and they can't get it shipped there for so It's been almost 3 weeks and I still don't have my Jeep renegade back yet. All it needed was a fan replaced and they can't get it shipped there for some xx reason. 3 weeks? You could walk it backwards from wherever and it should be there by now. Nobody keeps in touch with you to keep you updated, nobody cares. Was never even offered a rental. The nightmares you here about this place are true. Do NOT take your vehicle there for service!!
