I’ve purchased 10 or so new vehicles over the years as well as a few uses ones. Without a doubt, my salesman Mr Mauricio Suarez was the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. He knew everything about my 2017 Frontier and made extended efforts to ensure I understood all the features, options, etc. He also showed me videos specific to my Frontier, introduced me to the service department, personally inspected my truck during the delivery detailing process and most importantly to me, Mr Suarez clearly wanted me to be satisfied with every aspect of purchasing my truck. He succeeded for sure. And, he’s just a really good person with an enthusiastic personality. The entire team I worked with were fun and professional. Zero stress or pressure. Mr Marc Marcomeni the sales manager exceeded my expectation with my vehicles sale price; that almost never happens. Very fair price for my trade in as well. Mr James Copeland III the finance manager was incredibly professional and proficient. No xx whatsoever. We handled the business at hand but had quite a few laughs doing so. Essentially what I’m saying is that from the time I walked into the dealership until the time I drove off in my new truck, I felt like I was buying from friends who truly valued my business.
