Dan Banister is the owner of Banister Automotive, my, first 2 interactions with him was as rude and inconsiderate as it gets. It took 14 months to take delivery of my new $94,000.00 truck from Banister F first 2 interactions with him was as rude and inconsiderate as it gets. It took 14 months to take delivery of my new $94,000.00 truck from Banister Ford in Marlow Hights Maryland. Now keep in mind, I am the customer, and I was spent my hard-earned savings of $94,000.00. I feel like I sold my own truck to myself and worked around Dan Banister's continued roadblocks that his employees blamed on Ford Motor company. I called Ford, they told me a totally different story. My parents and all my sisters bought cars there over many years. Never again, now I am on a campaign to expose the real leadership of Banister Ford. And I and my family really fell for that WHUR interview with years of loyalty. Much more to come! More
