The Finance manager Jesse Lambarena,was very professional and understood the problem that the Internet Sales Manager Sal Castillo and Sales Consultant Daniel Quillen had created. He helped us resolve our complaint in a very professional manner. Kudos to Mr. PJ Marinez, a very professional and pleasant person to deal with and made all efforts possible to help us with the purchase of our new vehicle. Both PJ and Jesse are the go to persons at this dealership and I recommend that any person interested in doing business there contact them. Quillen was extremely courteous and helpful in helping me trade in my 2011 elantra for a 2013 elantra. He was patient and resourceful even when my daughter who wasn't there called on the phone to negotiate trade in my 2011 elantra for a 2013 elantra.
